Request deletion of your Portrait Drop account

Generated content history

AI Product Caption history, create-a-post records, and related product details stored with your account.

Usage and technical data

Feature usage history, Professional Studio Finish selections, save/share events, and app diagnostics linked to your account.

How to request deletion

Submit the deletion form or email support with the required account details.

We verify that the request matches the Portrait Drop account.

Eligible account data is queued for deletion.

Important before you submit

Images saved to your device, exported files, shared images, or posts you already published are not removed from your device or third-party platforms.
Google Play billing records and payment history are controlled by Google Play and may remain under their own policies.
Wallet credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money.
Refunds, when available, are handled under the policies of the platform provider.
Some records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform billing obligations.
