Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

Portrait Drop is a mobile application that enables users to:

• Create product photos using device camera capture
• Create profile photos using segmentation technology
• Create marketing-ready content
• Apply Professional Studio Finish to eligible product and profile photo outputs
• Generate AI-assisted social media copy through create-a-post
• Generate AI-assisted copy from uploaded images through manual create-a-post

Portrait Drop is not a full image editing platform.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Free Forever monthly features of Portrait Drop if you are at least 16 years old, subject to applicable law and appropriate supervision where required.

Paid credit packs, billing features, and paid add-ons are intended only for users who are 18 years or older, or users who have parental or guardian permission.

If you are under 18, paid purchases must be made only with permission from a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized adult.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years old
• If you purchase credits or another paid feature, you are 18 years or older or have permission from a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized adult
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement or have any required parental or guardian permission
• You are authorized to make payments

3. Plans and Feature Access

Portrait Drop uses a wallet-based credit model with a Free Forever monthly wallet and optional one-time paid wallets.

Free Forever Monthly Wallet

• 20 Free Credits refresh every 30 days
• Free users can capture and preview product photos and profile photos
• Free users can save and share photos with the Portrait Drop watermark
• Free users can try premium features using their free monthly credits
• Professional Studio Finish uses credits for eligible product photo and profile photo outputs
• Amazon Main Photo Export uses credits when selected by Amazon sellers
• Free Credits reset every 30 days and do not roll over
• Unlimited shooting, watermarked saving, and watermarked sharing may remain available without using paid wallet credits

Pay-As-You-Go Wallets

• Starter Wallet adds 200 paid credits for $4.99
• Growth Wallet adds 700 paid credits for $14.99
• Inventory Drop Wallet adds 1200 paid credits for $39.99
• Paid wallet credits are one-time add-ons, do not require a subscription, and do not expire unless required by law or platform policy
• Paid wallet credits can be used for premium actions such as Professional Studio Finish and optional Amazon Main Photo Export
• AI Product Captions are included for active wallet holders while the wallet balance remains above 20 credits
• When a wallet balance falls below 20 credits, AI Product Captions use 1 credit per generation until additional credits are added
• If your wallet does not have enough credits for a requested premium action, you must add credits before using that premium action
• When you share an output, Portrait Drop may add visible Portrait Drop branding to the image and no share credit is used
• When you choose Professional Studio Finish or Amazon Main Photo Export, credits may be used according to the credit rules shown in the app
• Feature availability, usage refreshes, credit pack sizes, prices, and allowance totals may be updated over time

4. Billing and Payments

• Payments are processed via platform providers, such as Google Play
• One-time wallet credit packs do not automatically renew
• Wallet credit packs are not subscriptions
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or redeemed for money
• Paid wallet credits are shared across eligible credit-based actions in Portrait Drop
• Professional Studio Finish uses credits when the app shows it as a credit-based action and may include polished saving for the product or profile image
• Amazon Main Photo Export uses credits when selected as an optional export
• AI Product Captions may use credits when the wallet balance is below the active-wallet threshold shown in the app
• Watermarked sharing is not the same as a saved export and may include visible Portrait Drop branding on the image
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform provider
• Paid credits and paid add-ons may only be purchased by users who are 18 years or older, or by users who have permission from a parent, guardian, or other legally authorized adult

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Portrait Drop lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Create deceptive or fraudulent content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Misuse or abuse the platform

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all images and content you create.

By using Portrait Drop, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

If you provide product information for create-a-post, such as brand names, ingredients, materials, discounts, product benefits, or selling points, you are responsible for ensuring that information is accurate and lawful to use.

You are responsible for how your content is used or distributed.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not use Portrait Drop to create or distribute content that includes:

• Illegal or harmful material
• Hate speech or harassment
• Sexually explicit content
• Content involving minors
• Fraudulent or misleading representations
• Intellectual property violations

8. AI and Generated Output Disclaimer

Portrait Drop may generate content automatically.

Create-a-post output may be based on both image analysis and optional product details you provide.

If optional product details are not provided, Portrait Drop may rely on what can reasonably be analyzed from the image, but generated copy may be less specific.

Professional Studio Finish may improve the presentation of an output, but it may not perfectly preserve every detail in all cases.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Suitability for commercial use
• Exact preservation of every visual detail in AI-assisted outputs

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

9. Profile Photo Disclaimer

Portrait Drop may be used to create profile-style images for personal, professional, or social media use. However:

• Portrait Drop does not guarantee that any image generated will meet the requirements of third-party platforms or organizations.
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Portrait Drop application, including its technology and design, remain our property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

13. Limitation of Liability

Portrait Drop is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Business or revenue loss
• Errors in generated outputs
• Misuse of content

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Portrait Drop harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
