1. Description of Service

Portrait Drop is a mobile application that enables users to:

• Create product photos using device camera capture
• Create profile photos using segmentation technology
• Create marketing-ready content
• Generate AI-assisted social media copy through create-a-post
• Generate AI-assisted copy from uploaded images through manual create-a-post

Portrait Drop is not a full image editing platform.

2. Eligibility

You may use the general non-paid features of Portrait Drop regardless of age, subject to applicable law and appropriate supervision where required.

However, you must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if that age is higher, to purchase a subscription, enable recurring billing, or buy paid add-ons.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature, you are at least 16 years old or otherwise legally authorized to do so
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• You are authorized to make payments

3. Plans and Feature Access

Portrait Drop offers free and paid subscription plans.

Free Plan

• 3 product photos refresh daily
• 1 profile photo refreshes daily
• 1 AI create post refreshes daily, up to 5 total copy credits per month
• Manual create post uses the same copy credit pool
• Access to basic backdrops

Weekly Starter ($2.99/week)

• 20 product photos refresh daily
• 5 profile photos refresh daily
• 7 AI create posts refresh daily, up to 50 total copy credits each week
• Manual create post uses the same weekly copy pool
• Access to basic and studio backdrops

Monthly Starter ($9.99/month)

• 40 product photos refresh daily
• 8 profile photos refresh daily
• 10 AI create posts refresh daily, up to 200 total copy credits each month
• Manual create post uses the same monthly copy pool
• Access to premium and luxury backdrops

Yearly Starter ($99.90/year discounted from $119.88)

• 60 product photos refresh daily
• 12 profile photos refresh daily
• 12 AI create posts refresh daily, up to 250 total copy credits each month
• Manual create post uses the same yearly plan copy pool
• Includes full backdrop library access
• Discounted annual pricing

Feature availability, usage refreshes, and allowance totals may be updated over time.

4. Billing and Payments

• Payments are processed via platform providers (e.g., Google Play)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You may cancel at any time through your app store account
• Refunds are subject to the policies of the platform provider
• Paid subscriptions, recurring billing, and paid add-ons may only be purchased by users who are at least 16 years old or otherwise legally authorized to make such purchases

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing based on your selected plan.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Portrait Drop lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Create deceptive or fraudulent content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Misuse or abuse the platform

6. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of all images and content you create.

By using Portrait Drop, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for how your content is used or distributed.

7. Prohibited Content

You may not use Portrait Drop to create or distribute content that includes:

• Illegal or harmful material
• Hate speech or harassment
• Sexually explicit content
• Content involving minors
• Fraudulent or misleading representations
• Intellectual property violations

8. AI and Generated Output Disclaimer

Portrait Drop may generate content automatically. We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy
• Completeness
• Suitability for commercial use

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

9. Profile Photo Disclaimer

Portrait Drop may be used to create profile-style images for personal, professional, or social media use. However:

• Portrait Drop does not guarantee that any image generated will meet the requirements of third-party platforms or organizations.
• Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All rights to the Portrait Drop application, including its technology and design, remain our property.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Service.

11. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

13. Limitation of Liability

Portrait Drop is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Business or revenue loss
• Errors in generated outputs
• Misuse of content

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Portrait Drop harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
